We are delighted to welcome Taicea Agnew from Flinders University, who will be working with us as a collaborating Chief Executive Officer. Taicea brings extensive leadership experience across the not-for-profit and education sectors, alongside a strong financial background as a Chartered Certified Accountant. Most recently, she served as CEO of Youth Opportunities Australia, where she led the organisation’s growth and strengthened programs that support young people to build confidence, resilience and life skills. Her leadership and impact have been widely recognised, including being named a finalist and runner-up in the Not-for-Profit CEO category at the CEO Magazine’s Executive of the Year Awards.
Taicea is known for her strategic mindset, collaborative leadership style and deep commitment to purpose-driven work. With a career that spans finance, education and community organisations, she brings a powerful combination of operational expertise and mission-focused leadership. We are thrilled to have her guiding the next chapter of The School Food Project and look forward to working together to expand our impact.
